Terms of Service

1. About PixWedding

PixWedding is a digital disposable camera service for events, operated by Elite Systems s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. By using PixWedding you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

PixWedding allows event organisers (“hosts”) to create a digital disposable camera experience for their guests. Guests can take a limited number of photos via a QR code link — no app or account required. Hosts can manage, approve, and download photos from their dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To create and manage events you must register an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Payments

• Paid plans are charged as a one-time payment per event. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@pixwedding.com within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload.
• By uploading content you grant PixWedding a limited licence to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the service.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.
• Photos are stored for 12 months from the event date, after which they are permanently deleted.

6. Guest Usage

Guests accessing an event via QR code or link agree to use the service responsibly. The event host is responsible for ensuring guests are aware of and consent to having their photos collected and shared with other guests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or misrepresent the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for data loss caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Czech law, Elite Systems s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PixWedding. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
